How Beautiful Is Sunday Morning in Saigon? Walking Through Vinhomes Central Park

Image
Experience a Different Side of Saigon When most people think of Ho Chi Minh City, they imagine busy streets filled with motorbikes, endless traffic, and vibrant nightlife. However, on a Sunday morning, the city reveals a completely different personality. I visited Vinhomes Central Park around 7:00 AM on a Sunday morning in June 2026 , and what I found was one of the most peaceful and beautiful places in the entire city. A Modern Park Inspired by New York's Central Park Located beside the Saigon River, Vinhomes Central Park is often compared to New York's famous Central Park. Surrounded by luxury apartments and the iconic Landmark 81 , Vietnam's tallest building, the park combines modern architecture with expansive green spaces, creating one of the most impressive urban landscapes in Southeast Asia. Standing beneath rows of palm trees while looking toward the skyline, it is easy to forget that you are in Vietnam. The scenery feels remarkably similar to many modern citie...

Where to Watch the World Cup Final in 2026? | Bui Vien Walking Street Ho Chi Minh City

Image
If you are traveling in Vietnam during the World Cup, one of the best places to watch an important football match is  Bui Vien Walking Street  in Ho Chi Minh City. I filmed this walking tour on the night of the  2022 World Cup Final , when Argentina faced France. It was around midnight in Saigon, but the street was still full of energy, excitement, and football fans from all around the world. World Cup Final Night in Bui Vien Bui Vien Walking Street is already famous for nightlife, bars, clubs, music, and international travelers. But on World Cup Final night, the atmosphere became even more intense. Many bars and clubs were showing the match live. Some places were filled with Argentina supporters, while others had fans cheering for France. The entire street felt like a huge international football festival. A Street Full of Energy The most impressive part was the mix of people. Vietnamese locals, backpackers, tourists, football fans, and partygoers were all gathered...

Saigon Pool Party Cafe 2026 | Isla Oasia – Bali Style Tropical Escape in Ho Chi Minh City

Image
Looking for a tropical getaway without leaving Ho Chi Minh City? I recently visited Isla Oasia , one of Saigon's most unique pool cafés. I filmed this walking tour on a warm Sunday afternoon in June 2026, and the atmosphere felt more like a beach club in Bali than a café in the middle of the city. From colorful cabanas and palm trees to crystal-clear pools, Isla Oasia offers a relaxing escape from the busy streets of Saigon. A Tropical Resort Hidden Inside Saigon As soon as I entered Isla Oasia, I immediately noticed the tropical design. Colorful umbrellas, palm trees, comfortable lounge beds, and a large lagoon-style swimming pool create the feeling of being on a beach vacation. Every corner of the venue is designed for relaxation and photography.  Perfect for Summer Ho Chi Minh City can become extremely hot during the summer months. Isla Oasia is a great place to cool down while enjoying a refreshing drink in a relaxing atmosphere. Unlike a traditional swimming po...
