My Experience


Walking through Ho Thi Ky Market felt like stepping into the everyday life of Ho Chi Minh City rather than visiting a tourist attraction.


The narrow alleys are filled with motorbikes, busy shoppers, and the voices of vendors calling out to customers. Together, they create an atmosphere full of energy and movement that makes the city feel truly alive.


The market can be crowded and sometimes chaotic, but that is exactly what makes it memorable. It reminded me that travel is not only about famous landmarks—it is also about experiencing the ordinary moments that define a place and its people.

Ho Thi Ky Market is an excellent place to see the wide variety of flowers and ornamental plants distributed throughout Vietnam. Visitors can also find fresh meat, seafood, vegetables, and seasonal tropical fruits at affordable prices.


During the rainy season, fruits such as durian are often available at very reasonable prices, making the market an interesting place to experience local food culture.

World Cup 2026 Night in Vietnam | Bui Vien Walking Street, Saigon

  Filming Date July 2, 2026 Time 11:00 PM Location Bui Vien Walking Street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City Atmosphere I visited Bui Vien Walking Street on the night of the 2026 FIFA World Cup match between England and Congo. Before kickoff, the streets were already full of excitement. Groups of foreign visitors, many of them appearing to be from the UK and other European countries, gathered outside the bars. Some were singing, waving flags, and cheering for their team before the match even began. Almost every bar and restaurant had large screens showing the game. People stopped walking to watch the match, while others enjoyed drinks with friends. The whole street shared the same excitement.
