Bo Ke Street is one of the most popular places to enjoy fresh seafood in Mui Ne. I visited on a Sunday evening during dinner time, and the entire street was lively with tourists and local families enjoying dinner.


The seafood restaurants display a wide variety of live seafood in large water tanks. Visitors can walk around, choose the seafood they want, have it weighed, and decide how it will be cooked. Watching the chefs prepare fresh seafood over charcoal grills is part of the experience and adds to the lively atmosphere.


You can find shrimp, crab, squid, oysters, shellfish, fish, and many other local seafood dishes. Most restaurants also serve Vietnamese side dishes, cold drinks, and local beer, making this an ideal place to spend the evening.






Atmosphere


Bo Ke Street becomes much busier after sunset. The restaurants are filled with visitors, the grills are constantly cooking fresh seafood, and the smell of barbecue fills the air.


Compared with the afternoon, the evening offers a much better experience. The lights, the ocean breeze, and the busy restaurants create a relaxing seaside resort atmosphere that makes Mui Ne feel even more special.






My Thoughts


One of the highlights of Bo Ke Street is being able to personally select your seafood before it is cooked. Choosing the seafood, watching it being prepared, and enjoying it just minutes later makes the meal feel fresh and authentic.


The combination of delicious seafood, the lively evening crowd, and the coastal setting creates one of the most enjoyable dining experiences in Mui Ne. It is an excellent place to experience the atmosphere of this beach town after sunset.





Recommendation


If you want to enjoy fresh Vietnamese seafood while visiting Mui Ne, Bo Ke Street is one of the best places to go. The wide selection of seafood and the vibrant evening atmosphere make it a memorable destination for dinner.


I also recommend taking a walk along Mui Ne Beach early in the morning. The peaceful coastline offers a completely different experience from the lively evening, allowing you to enjoy another beautiful side of this seaside town.

  Filming Date July 2, 2026 Time 11:00 PM Location Bui Vien Walking Street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City Atmosphere I visited Bui Vien Walking Street on the night of the 2026 FIFA World Cup match between England and Congo. Before kickoff, the streets were already full of excitement. Groups of foreign visitors, many of them appearing to be from the UK and other European countries, gathered outside the bars. Some were singing, waving flags, and cheering for their team before the match even began. Almost every bar and restaurant had large screens showing the game. People stopped walking to watch the match, while others enjoyed drinks with friends. The whole street shared the same excitement.
